Terminix Defeats Vaccine Mandate Suits From Former Employees

Terminix Pest Control Inc. defeated suits from three former employees who said their firings over refusal to comply with a Covid-19 vaccine requirement violated the Americans with Disabilities Act.

The US District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana on Wednesday dismissed ADA claims with prejudice in three separate but substantially similar suits. Judge Jane Triche Milazzo said each ex-employee failed to explain how their respective health conditions constituted a disability under the ADA.
