Tennessee Fails to Lift Block on Porn Site Age-Verification Law

Tennessee has failed to lift a federal court’s block on a state porn site age-verification law, pending an appeal.

The court denied an emergency motion from the state attorney general to stay the preliminary injunction until the US Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit decides his appeal.
