A Tennessee city’s mayor and administrator failed to fully knock out an alderwoman’s lawsuit claiming they were part of a conspiracy to drive her from office for her opposing political viewpoints.
Jenna Amacher, who has “a reputation for supporting conservative ideals,” sufficiently alleged the Tullahoma city officials and two private citizens conspired against her after she spoke out against a high-density residential housing plan, according to the US District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee.
