Tenet Subsidiary Conifer Health Hit With Suit Over Data Breach

A Tenet Healthcare Corp. subsidiary that provides financial services to health care providers negligently failed to protect the personal information of its clients’ patients in connection with a 2022 data breach, a new proposed federal class action said.

William Tang alleged that Conifer Health Solutions LLC failed to maintain adequate safeguards to protect patients’ personal information and failed to adequately train employees in data security.
