Telehealth Founder Fails to Beat ADHD Drug Charges Ahead of Trial

Founder of the telehealth startup Done Global Inc. was unable to beat federal criminal drug and healthcare charges alleging she conspired to illegally sell ADHD stimulants online.

Judge Charles R. Breyer at a hearing Wednesday in San Francisco denied Ruthia He’s motion to dismiss in a ruling from the bench, saying he believes the indictment “does provide an adequate notice” of the charges she faces.
