Founder of ADHD Telehealth Startup Guilty of Drug Charges (2)

A federal jury in San Francisco found Done Global Inc. executives Ruthia He and David Brody guilty of health care fraud and drug charges following three days of deliberations.

He, the telehealth company’s founder, and Brody, its clinical president, were each found guilty Monday of one count of conspiracy to distribute controlled substances, four counts of distribution of controlled substances, and one count of conspiracy to commit health care fraud. He was also convicted of one count of conspiracy to obstruct justice. Their sentencing is scheduled for Feb. 25.
