TD Bank Sued for Racial Discrimination, Retaliation

TD Bank, N.A. allegedly discriminated against an ex-financial advisor because of his race, according to a lawsuit filed Monday in New York.

Keron McNeil filed a lawsuit against TD Bank in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, alleging race discrimination and retaliation under federal and New York state laws.
