Taylor Corp. $485,000 401(k) Fees Settlement Gets Final Approval

Taylor Corp. and participants in its 401(k) plan got final court approval for a $485,000 class settlement to end litigation over the printing and technology services company’s retirement plan fees.

The settlement has been negotiated at arm’s length by the participants’ counsel, and it arose “from a genuine controversy between” the parties, the US District Court for the District of Minnesota ruled Thursday. The settlement will cover12,000 plan participants and beneficiaries since February 2016.
