The consumer said she overpaid for the product and pointed to allegations that buyers generally prefer natural ingredients. But the overpayment allegations were overly conclusory and didn’t tie into any statements about how the product was priced, so she didn’t have standing to sue, Joel B. Toomey said Thursday for the US District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
