Target Diaper Pail Refills Overstate Product Amount, Suit Says

Target Corp.'s diaper pail refill bags are advertised as containing a one-year supply, but will run out significantly earlier than promised, a proposed class action alleges.

Statements that the the packs can “Hold Up To 2176 Diapers” in a year across 8 bag refills are false and misleading because the formula the company uses for how many diapers babies use in their first year is flawed, the complaint filed Thursday in the US District Court for the Southern District of California says.
