A Target shopper has voluntarily dismissed, for now, a suit alleging the retailer’s shelf-posted prices are less than what consumers are charged at checkout.
Target Corp. consumers pay at least 5% to 20% more than the advertised prices because their items ring up higher at checkout, Yoram Kahn alleged in a proposed class suit.
