T-Mobile’s Win in Data Aggregation Lawsuit Affirmed in Delaware

The Delaware Supreme Court on Monday rejected a T-Mobile US Inc. investor’s attempt to revive her claims that data centralization to benefit its corporate parent, Deutsche Telekom AG, led to a series of cyberattacks.

After careful consideration of the parties’ briefs, the record below, and oral argument, the court finds it “evident that the judgment” of the Delaware Chancery Court must be affirmed, said Justice Abigail M.
