T-Mobile Worker Gets Remote-Work Disability Bias Trial After All

A Black T-Mobile USA Inc. employee who says the telecom company cut her bonus and job because of her race can also go to trial on her telework-based disability bias claims, a federal judge ruled.

Sandra Russell showed that a “manifest error” caused her failure-to-accommodate allegations to be wrongly included in the claims on which T-Mobile was granted summary judgment in a June 2 decision, the US District Court for the Western District of Washington said Thursday.
