T-Mobile, Manager Reach Settlement Ending Harassment Lawsuit

T-Mobile USA Inc. and a retail associate manager alleging harassment based on his sexual orientation, religion, or race agreed to settle and end the employee’s lawsuit.

Joshua Miller’s 2024 lawsuit was granted a conditional order of dismissal on Wednesday by Judge Haywood S Gilliam Jr. in the US District Court for the Northern District of California. This comes after Miller and T-Mobile informed Gilliam on Dec. 31, 2025, that the parties reached an undisclosed settlement on the matter. Neither party immediately responded to a request for comment on Thursday.
