T-Mobile USA Inc. and a Black worker agreed to settle her suit two weeks after a federal judge said the telecom company can face trial for alleged disability bias as well as race discrimination.
Judge Marsha J. Pechman, of the US District Court for the Western District of Washington, dismissed the case with prejudice Wednesday, the same day the parties informed the court that “all claims against all parties in this action have been resolved.”
