T-Mobile Beats Investor’s Data Aggregation Lawsuit in Delaware

T-Mobile US Inc. won’t have to face an investor’s claims that its board centralized customer data to enrich its corporate parent, Deutsche Telekom AG, the Delaware Chancery Court ruled Friday.

The lawsuit alleged that centralizing T-Mobile’s data for DTK’s AI and machine learning segments compromised data security and led to costly cyberattacks against T-Mobile from 2018 to 2021.
