Superyacht Manager Sued for Secret Parties, Unauthorized Rentals

A former Chicago cop pocketed hundreds of thousands from a property developer while secretly renting out his superyacht for glitzy private parties attended by celebrities, according to a lawsuit filed by the vessel’s owner.

Steven Ivankovich is suing Joseph Seinitz, allegedly an ex-member of the Chicago Police Department’s notorious “Skullcap Crew” hired to manage Contessa Marine Research LLC, a maritime venture affiliated with his family’s real estate empire.
