A Sunnova Energy International Inc stockholder accuses senior officers of the solar energy company of not being forthcoming about business practices that led a pair of congressional Republicans to ask questions.
The inquiry from Rep. Cathy McMorris Rodgers (R-WA) and Sen. John Barrasso (R-WY) said that they were alarmed to learn Sunnova was the subject of several consumer complaints that alleged, in part, the company engaged in predatory business practices against disadvantaged and vulnerable homeowners.
