Texas’ suit against the federal government over a law that expanded employment protections for pregnant people will stay in the Northern District of Texas.
Continuing with the suit in the US District Court for the Northern District of Texas was proper because “Texas resides at every point within its boundaries, including the Northern District,” it said July 28.
