Plaintiffs who link the opioid dependence drug Suboxone to tooth decay again urged a special judicial panel to send the litigation to Cleveland, citing agreement from defendants.

Defendants Invidior Inc., Reckitt Benckiser LLC, and related companies agree with plaintiffs that US District Court for the Northern District of Ohio would be the most appropriate forum for unified litigation, underscoring the propriety of establishing a combined proceeding there, a Wednesday filing said.
