Student Loan Servicer’s $3.25 Million Class Accord Approved (1)

Conduent Education Services LLC will pay $3.25 million to resolve a class action brought by nearly 3,000 student loan borrowers who claim that by failing to provide papers on time, the servicer interfered with their ability to consolidate their debts.

US District Judge David N. Hurd in New York approved the final settlement Dec. 2.
