Cannabis retailer Stiiizy Inc.'s marketing of potent weed vape pens to teenagers puts them at risk for cannabis-induced psychosis, according to a new lawsuit filed in California state court.
The company touts a relaxed lifestyle using attractive models and strain names like “Pineapple Express” and “Dreamsicle” to lure young customers, while failing to educate on the paranoia and delusions that can result from cannabis use, according to the complaint filed Wednesday in California Superior Court, Marin County.
