Stream TV Hit With Injunction in Dispute Over Transfer of Assets

Stream TV Networks Inc. was hit in Delaware Chancery Court on Tuesday with a preliminary injunction ordering it not to interfere with the transfer of the company’s assets until the conclusion of a lawsuit over the validity of an agreement aimed at restructuring the financially troubled 3D-technology company.

Stream, which was founded in 2009 to pioneer technology capable of displaying three-dimensional content without the use of 3D glasses, filed suit in September seeking a temporary restraining order to bar SeeCubic Inc. from seeking to enforce the so-called Omnibus agreement.
