Strategic Staffing $5.25 Million Deal With Workers Gets First OK

A Strategic Staffing Solutions workers’ $5.25 million deal with to settle a California wage and hour class action received preliminary approval from a federal judge.

The pact with an estimated 441 workers who were California residents is “fair, reasonable, and adequate,” Judge Jacqueline Scott Corley, of the US District Court for the Northern District of California, said Monday.
