Stimwave CEO Says Prosecutors Failed to Share Exculpatory Notes

The founder and former CEO of medical device company Stimwave LLC has asked a federal court in Manhattan to dismiss the government’s criminal case against her, claiming prosecutors waited too long to disclose “highly exculpatory” notes to the defense.

The untimely disclosures directly corroborate the former Stimwave leader Laura Perryman’s “key defenses,” according to the motion, filed Sunday in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York.
