Stiiizy Faces Proposed THC Potency Deception Class Action (1)

Stiiizy Inc., a maker of Delta-8 hemp products, must face some claims in a proposed class action alleging its products are more potent than advertised, but did get a Missouri plaintiff dismissed from the suit.

The US District Court for the Southern District of Illinois on Wednesday said the named plaintiff hoping to represent a class of Missouri consumers didn’t allege any facts about the sale of products in Illinois, so Missouri-based claims must be dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.
