States Fail to Block DEI Funding Rollback at Science Agency

A federal trial court judge rejected states’ request to block a policy shift at the National Science Foundation that aligns research funding decisions with the Trump administration’s anti-DEI mandate, largely because the states failed to show his court has jurisdiction over the issue.
