State Prosecutor Gets Second Win in Supervision, Conduct Suit

A state’s attorney for a suburban Chicago county has again defeated claims that he recklessly supervised a top deputy who was engaged in a romantic relationship with a woman, as his office prosecuted her in a DUI case.
