St. Louis Defeats Female Police Sergeant’s Bias, Reprisal Suit

A St. Louis police sergeant failed to show sex bias caused her to be transferred out of the intelligence unit, which in turn resulted in the revocation of her deputization as an FBI task force officer, the Eighth Circuit ruled Monday.

Jatonya Clayborn Muldrow didn’t establish that her reassignment to an administrative upkeep and supervisory role after Micheal Deeba took over as intelligence division commander amounted to an adverse employment action, the court said.
