St. John Knits Deceptive Pricing Suit Dismissed After Settlement

A St. John Knits shopper has settled and dismissed claims that the high-end clothing maker used a deceptive pricing scheme to inflate the value of garments sold in outlet stores.

Irina Ostrovskaya filed a proposed class suit in the US District Court for the Central District of California over alleged fake sales, challenging signs that advertised a higher “Val. Price” and a lower “Our Price.”
