Sprouts Farmers Market and a former employee who claimed he suffered age discrimination at the supermarket chain have agreed to end the worker’s case.
Lawyers for Sprouts and Dale K. McClendon stipulated that McClendon’s lawsuit is dismissed with prejudice, with each party to bear its own costs and attorneys’ fees, in a notice sent on Monday to the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. The stipulation makes no mention of a possible settlement in the case.
