Sport-BLX, Shareholder Head Toward Trial in Business Shift Suits

A pair of suits between digital sports asset company Sport-BLX Inc. and a minority shareholder are pointed toward trial after a federal judge declined Tuesday to resolve several claims without a jury.

Judge Lorna G. Schofield of the US District Court for the Southern District of New York directed the parties to say whether the two cases should be consolidated for trial.
