Federal contractor Spatial Front Inc. won a challenge to the US Department of Agriculture’s award of a $44.2 million contract for information technology services to Alpha Omega Integration LLC.
The department issued the request for bids to “develop, modernize, enhance, and maintain information systems, software applications, web services, and databases” for its programs to help private landowners improve the health of their properties.
The department selected Alpha Omega’s quotation over Spatial Front’s $49.8 million bid as being the best value for the agency.
