Space Jam Theme Owners Resolve Copyright Suit Against Caesars

The copyright owners of the 1996 Space Jam theme song filed a motion to voluntarily dismiss a lawsuit against Caesars Entertainment Inc. over a social media video that featured that song.

Watson Music Group LLC had accused Caesars of posting a video with “a discernable excerpt of the Musical Work” on Harrah’s Philadelphia’s Facebook page without its permission and benefited from the “increased traffic” the song brought to the account.
