SP Plus Parking Attendants’ $691,000 Wage Deal Gets Final Nod

SP Plus Corp. will pay $690,950 to a New York City parking attendant and nearly 2,000 other employees involved in a Fair Labor Standards Act and New York wage lawsuit, after a federal judge granted final approval of the deal on Tuesday.

The settlement will resolve the 2020 lawsuit brought by Oniel Pena, who worked at an SP Plus parking facility in midtown Manhattan, on behalf of similarly situated employees in the state and across the country.
