Southwest Worker Religious Bias Win Flawed, Union Says on Appeal

Transport Workers Union of America Local 556 told a federal appeals court it should overturn a jury’s finding that a Southwest Airlines Co. flight attendant was subject to religious bias after clashing with the union’s president over the group’s presence at the 2017 Women’s March on Washington.
