The son of the founder of Chippendales, a male strip club company, faces a trademark infringement lawsuit over his business, Strippendales Corporation.
Chippendales USA LLC, no longer family-owned, says Christian Bannerjee and his company are using Chippendales trademarks to “sell the exact same services” and are causing consumer confusion, according to its complaint filed in the US District Court for the Central District of California on Thursday.
