Somalis Sue Trump Administration Over Immigration Change (1)

Several Somali nationals and other plaintiffs are challenging the Trump administration’s decision to terminate Temporary Protected Status for Somalis.

The US Department of Homeland Security’s termination, which will deprive Somali TPS holders of humanitarian protections at after March 17, violates the US Constitution and the Administrative Procedure Act, the plaintiffs told the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts in a Monday complaint.
