A former vice president of a software company has agreed to drop his claims that the company discriminated against him because he’s Black, and then retaliated by firing him after he filed a human resources complaint.
Errol McKenzie Jr. filed a notice of voluntary dismissal with prejudice with the US District Court for the Northern District of Georgia on Monday. It’s unclear whether McKenzie settled his claims against Seismic Software Inc., or if so, what the settlement terms were.
