The ex-CEO of a sock company agreed to abandon her sex discrimination allegations against the company, according to a filing in federal district court.
Kelly Baugh alleged her former company For Bare Feet LLC subjected her to a sexually hostile work environment and treated her worse than its male workers. Baugh and FBF mutually agreed to dismiss her lawsuit in the US District Court for the Southern District of Indiana, according to a joint stipulation on Monday. The dismissal is with prejudice, which may indicate a settlement.
