Meete, a social matchmaking app, was sued by a University of Tennessee student and TikTok influencer who said its operators used her likeness as part of a “thinly-disguised prostitution” advertisement.
Kaelyn Lunglhofer said she’s been economically successful sharing parts of her life on TikTok. She told the US District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee that she posted a public video shortly before a party celebrating her graduation from high school.
