Slim Fast Added-Milk Protein Deception Suit Dropped Voluntarily

Slim Fast brand owner KSF Acquisition Corp. and a woman who alleged smoothie mix canisters misrepresented the drinks’ protein content have stipulated to the dismissal of her lawsuit.

Elena Nacarino said she bought vanilla-cream flavored smoothie mix because she believed the phrase “20g HIGH PROTEIN” on the front label meant that the mix itself contained 20 grams of protein per serving, but the mix contains only 12 grams of protein per serving, with the rest coming from milk.
