Sleepy’s LLC, now Mattress Firm Inc., defeated a bid for class certification in a lawsuit over the company’s alleged failure to provide refunds on non-conforming products.
The US District Court for the District of New Jersey said in an unpublished Tuesday decision that the plaintiff failed to show the would-be class was large enough.
