Skullcandy Consumer Drops Lawsuit Over Meta Info Sharing (1)

A consumer dropped her proposed class action alleging audio-equipment maker Skullcandy Inc. disclosed her personal information to Meta Platforms Inc. and Google LLC in violation of the California Invasion of Privacy Act.

Lead plaintiff Julie Jones filed a notice of voluntary dismissal Wednesday in the US District Court for the District of Utah.
