A Camelback Resort hostess in her teens and her younger busboy brother can pursue claims that she was sexually harassed and they were both fired because she repeatedly complained, a Pennsylvania federal judge ruled.

CMBK Resort Operations LLC failed to convince the court that the allegations of abuse involving a male co-worker weren’t severe or pervasive enough to violate federal and state law.
