Skechers Corporate Jet Use by Top Executives Upheld in Delaware

The use of Skechers USA Inc.‘s two corporate jets for personal trips, including top executives’ flights to lavish vacation spots in the South Pacific, was upheld Thursday by Delaware’s top appeals court.

In a two-page order two weeks after hearing arguments, Justice Karen L. Valihura affirmed the Delaware Chancery Court ruling dismissing the lawsuit “on the basis of and for the reasons” assigned by that court.
