Six Flags Investor Suit Over China Expansion Thrown Out Again

A pension fund’s case against Six Flags Entertainment Corp. over the company’s expansion into China must be thrown out, a federal court said in the latest twist in litigation that was revived on appeal just months ago.

The Oklahoma Firefighters Pension and Retirement System lacks standing to sue the amusement park operator because it purchased its stock too late, Judge Mark T. Pittman said June 2 for the the US District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
