Six Flags Entertainment Corp. has agreed to a $40 million class settlement with investors who say it misrepresented the progress of theme park projects in China, according to a federal court filing.
The proposed deal merits preliminary approval because it’s fair and reasonable, the investors told the US District Court for the Northern District of Texas on Tuesday.
