SitusAMC Holdings Corp. is facing two proposed class action after it notified the public that a cyberattack may have exposed some of the accounting records and legal agreements the technology vendor had with clients.

The real estate finance industry tech provider says that it’s trusted by banks, private equity firms, and asset managers, among others, to provide commercial and residential market services.
