Siemens Wins Transfer of Proposed California Wage Class Action

Siemens Industry Inc. succeeded in transferring a proposed Fair Labor Standards Act class action to the US District Court for the Central District of California.

Siemens has an office in Orange County where the plaintiffs were employed and where a substantial part of the acts giving rise to the complaint occurred, so Judge Jacqueline Scott Corley ruled the case should be transferred from the the Northern District of California Monday.
